MaxGiving's communication and support system is unbelievable. We had a little hiccup during event night, and they kept me calm and walked me through steps until things were up and running. The product itself is really easy to work with. They offered us much more than their competitors and for a better price.
This was the first year I felt comfortable walking away from the cashiers during the event as I knew MaxGiving was there in case they ran into any issues. My Simple Auction made a huge difference in our flow and my volunteers raved about how much easier it was from the previous year.
